Where Buddy Came From
Buddy was born from a simple belief: that the best lessons come wrapped in the best stories. The team at The Sage & Scribe wanted to create a character who could talk to kids about the things that really matter — kindness, consent, courage, and belonging — without it ever feeling like a lesson.
So they made a butter stick. A little yellow bar with big blue eyes, red hearts on his sneakers, and a whole lot of warmth to spread. And they put him on a dairy farm with the kindest farmer in the world — Mally — and let the story tell itself.
